Event customization · by Merch Troop

A little choice.
A lot of character.

A cap with a patch they picked. A bottle with their initials. A shirt that carries the whole campaign. Merch Troop helps you turn a product into a personal choice, with materials, artwork and the guest experience planned together.

Start with the object.

Choose a product family to see what needs review before you select a decoration method.

What are you customizing?
Fabric comes first

Screen printing and prepared DTF transfers are different ways to decorate apparel. Review the exact fabric, artwork and placement together.

Planning example only. Product, artwork, equipment and availability are confirmed in your project scope.

One object. Many possibilities.

Wear it

Apparel & caps

Screen printing, prepared DTF transfers, embroidery and patches offer different finishes. Start with the exact garment and the design, then narrow the process.

Carry it

Totes & accessories

Useful items give the artwork room to work. Review seams, surface texture and decoration placement before deciding how much detail guests can personalize.

Keep it

Hard goods & gifts

UV DTF transfers and laser engraving are different routes to an approved hard-good finish. Material composition and coating need review before production.

  1. Choose the object

Send the item specification or let us help define the product direction. The material sets the boundaries for customization.

  2. Define the freedom

Decide whether guests pick prepared artwork, combine approved elements or add a name. Each needs a different order process.

  3. Make it personal

Approve samples and guest-facing choices, then scope the station and collection process around your event.

A few useful answers.

Can guests bring their own items?

Tell us before the event. Unknown fabrics, coatings and materials need review; a pre-approved product is easier to plan reliably.

Can one event include several methods?

Yes, subject to the brief, venue and availability. Separate workflows and inventory are planned for each experience.

Is everything produced at the venue?

No. Screens, transfers, patches and other components may be prepared in advance. The approved plan explains what guests see being made or applied live.

Tell us about your event.

Share the date, location and guest estimate. Merch Troop will help define the product, production method and event scope.

Event customization is a Merch Troop service offering. Availability, venue requirements and the final scope are confirmed before booking.
